You will be responsible for creating memorable dining moments through attentive service, in-depth menu knowledge, and warm hospitality. You will engage with guests, guide them through the culinary offerings, and ensure their satisfaction from start to finish—all while maintaining the pace and polish of an upscale restaurant.ResponsibilitiesDeliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable food and beverage service to all guestsGuide guests through our Italian-Mediterranean menu with confidence and enthusiasmTake accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the Toast POS systemCollaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveryUtilize suggestive selling techniques to highlight specials, pairings, and enhancementsMaintain service standards and follow the restaurant’s steps of service consistentlyAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to all requestsPresent checks, handle payments, and complete end-of-service tasks with efficiencyMaintain a clean, organized, and polished work area at all timesAssist with table settings, resets, and accommodating large parties as neededBe a proactive team player—support your teammates to ensure seamless serviceParticipate in pre-service meetings and ongoing training to grow and improve skillsPerform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment. Performs other job-related duties as assignedQualifications:3+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry, Private Member Club experience preferred.
