 The “Manager, Digital Marketing” oversees BRED Bank Cambodia’s digital marketing strategy, managing campaigns, social media, and CRM tools to drive engagement and business growth. This role ensures digital activities align with business goals, leverages data for performance optimization, and maintains compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital strategy & campaign managementOversee all digital marketing and communication, ensuring alignment with BRED’s objectives. Design, implement, and optimize campaigns to promote products, services, and employer brand. Drive performance-focused strategies across digital channels with measurable results. Plan and execute activities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and other platforms.
Use retargeting to boost conversions and nurture leads. 2. CRM & data driven marketingOversee CRM strategies and tools (ideally HubSpot) for engagement and automation. Use CRM data for audience segmentation and personalized marketing. Apply A/B testing and data-driven methods to improve campaigns. 3. Analytics, compliance & innovationDevelop and implement SEA/SEO strategies to increase online visibility. Monitor and report on digital metrics for ongoing improvement. Leverage new technologies and AI tools for better campaign results. Ensure compliance with brand, privacy, and industry standards. Collaborate with marketing, marcom teams, and partners for seamless execution. Required Education & Experience:
Master/bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, is preferred with at least 5 years’ digital marketing experience and a strong record in campaign management. Proven skills in CRM, social media strategy, online advertising, and digital analytics. English proficiency required; Khmer language skills are an advantage. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.
