About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Administrator to join our team. This critical role supports the end-to-end operational excellence of our e-commerce marketplace channels, with a focus on order management, financial reconciliation, pricing oversight, and system accuracy. Key responsibilities include: Operations & Order Management - Manage daily order processing and RMA tasks across assigned marketplace accounts. - Maintain and update master files to reflect accurate order, return, and pricing data.

- Oversee the distribution and inventory control of GWP (Gift with Purchase) items for customer fulfillment. Financial Reconciliation - Lead financial reconciliation and settlement tasks across all marketplace channels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Ensure timely and accurate financial closure in coordination with finance teams. Price Monitoring & Inventory Management - Monitor daily pricing on both marketplace and reseller platforms to ensure competitiveness and compliance. - Lead IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) reporting in coordination with relevant teams. - Report on stock levels across platforms and flag risks related to stockouts or overstock.

System & Process Support - Support collaboration with IT for the setup and maintenance of account-related financial data. - Assist IT and Finance teams in implementing system or process changes related to order management, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data flow. Website Monitoring & Content Accuracy - Monitor the company's website to ensure pricing, stock levels, and UI/UX elements are accurate and up-to-date. - Coordinate with relevant teams to promptly resolve any discrepancies in product display, availability, or pricing information. We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have: Operational & Communication Skills:

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch and correct data discrepancies. - Ability to coordinate across teams including logistics, IT, and Finance. - Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to support operational and cross-functional tasks. Financial Skills: - Basic knowledge of financial reconciliation processes in e-commerce. - Ability to support periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) settlements and flag issues proactively. Technical & Analytical Skills: - Basic understanding of order and return (SO/RMA) flows within e-commerce systems. - Experience in monitoring daily pricing across platforms and supporting compliance reporting (e. g. , IPR).

- Ability to manage, update, and validate master files related to product, order, and pricing data. - Familiarity with Excel and internal tools for data tracking and reconciliation. Experience & Education: - 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, data reporting, or order management preferred. - Experience with marketplace platforms such as Naver, SSG. COM or CJ OnStyle is a plus. Personal Attributes: - High level of accuracy and responsibility in task execution. - Proactive and hands-on attitude with strong ownership mindset. - A team player who can also work independently when needed.
