Our e-Commerce and Marketing Manager has full leadership and management of our Australian e-Comm Business and the overall Brand Development of BrewDog, in Australia, across all areas (Brewery / Retail / e-Comm). ResponsibilitiesLead + Manage Direct to Consumer:

- Lead + Manage and monitor our CRM system, BrewDog Australia Online Store and incoming orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner, in partnership with our warehouse team- Be the link between our Australian team, the global Digital and E-Commerce team & Customer Service in the UK, our customers, and our accounting department Work closely with our delivery partners, to maximise value and service for our customersUtilising our digital channels and promotional activity to drive sales and growth year on year Analysing e-Comm performance to optimise ROILead + Manage Digital Marketing:

Lead + Manage our Australian social media presence, working with our global Social Media team to drive audience growth and engagement in Australia Develop tracking for our online marketing and introduce new approaches to make performance marketing measurable Planning, development and execution of creative, digital marketing to drive visibility of new product launches Analysing Digital Marketing performance metrics to optimise ROILead and Manage Marketing and Sales Coordinator Shared direct report management (with our Operations Manager) of our Marketing and Sales Coordinator Being an empathetic manager, looking to develop and coach future talent within our teamSupport - Retail / Bars Marketing Working closely with our Head of Operations, our Executive Chef, our Franchise Bar Partners, and BrewDog Venue General Managers, to lead our retail / bars marketing, to drive bookings, and foot-fall to our growing venue locations across Australia Working with our Global Retail Marketing team to ensure consistent execution of the brand and assets in AustraliaSupport - Trade Marketing Working closely with our Head of Sales, the CEO and the sales team, to develop trade marketing programs, assets, and materials to drive visibility at the point of purchase and drive sales in trade Supporting our key customers in raising BrewDog visibility both internally and externally within their stores / sales channels Analysing performance (ROI) for future learnings and improvementSupport - Consumer Marketing Working closely with the CEO and global brand marketing team, to drive brand visibility and develop brand equity, nationally Media purchasing and creative development with our internal design teams Briefing and management of select external agencies for all marketing programs Analysing performance (ROI) for future learnings and improvementQualificationsAbout YouIdeally a Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Brand Management / Digital Marketing / Business Administration or a related field.

Experience Minimum 2yrs experience in a comparable position Minimum 1yr experience in running a web shop Minimum 1yr experience in managing / growing social media presence Minimum 1yr experience in briefing and working with design agencies, PR agencies, media agenciesKnowledge Working knowledge of, and a network within the Australian brewery landscape Working knowledge of the Australian retail landscape A good feel / knowledge for our customers and their media consumption behaviour Working knowledge in the use of common SEO & performance tools and technical understanding of current web technologies Work knowledge of cyclical business planning / reporting / tracking for an FMCG business Working knowledge of business insight gathering and insights-based business strategy / planning Basic knowledge of Beer / Beer Styles / Beer HistorySkills And Personal Attributes Advanced organisational planning and prioritising skills (weekly tasks) Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders Motivated self-starter/ownership mentality - act like the owner of your area of business Honest and empathetic, treating all colleagues the same, at all levels A leader that can set plans and motivate cross functional teams to implement and deliver those plans Growth partnership mindset both internally and external Hunger to always learn and grow, personally and professionallyRole Manadatories This role is full-time office / brewery based, in Murarrie, Brisbane Candidates must have full, unrestricted working rights within Australia Referees and references will be checked as part of the recruitment process
