The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for effective computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records accurate. They assist with the leasing, marketing and resident relations for the community.

Access to Mental Health & Well-Being service. 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out.

*The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days. Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5. 23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year. Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child.

Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months. The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Denver, Colorado is $26 to $28 per hour. Hired applicant will also be eligible for a monthly commission averaging up to $100 per month based on performance indicators.

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.   Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
