You’ll work closely with families, educators, and health professionals to ensure every child has the best start in life.Provide direct clinical services to children with speech, language, fluency, voice, and feeding disorders Develop family-centred care plans and review treatment goals collaboratively Deliver culturally sensitive care, including use of interpreters where needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative therapy models Contribute to health promotion, service evaluation, and clinical education initiatives How To ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Essential CriteriaQualification: Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent and eligible for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Selection CriteriaDemonstrated experience in providing paediatric speech pathology services. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with families from different psychosocial, socio economic or CALD backgrounds. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with early childhood education staff. Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of evidence-based practice and commitment to professional development. Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of computer-based applications. Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
