We are looking for a Care Support Representative to help support daily interactions with providers or partners who refer patients to Brightside. Including telephone and email inquiries. Work directly with providers or partners to resolve all non-clinical service questions or issues. Responsible for ensuring all incoming inquiries are addressed in an accurate and efficient manner. Must be able to work the following hours: Monday - Friday 9: 30 am-6 pm OR 9:

00 am to 5:

30 pmWhat You’ll Be Doing As Care Support RepresentativeSupport day-to-day referral support operations, including taking phone calls and responding to emailsSolve routine and complex issues; escalating issues to the appropriate teamsCover phone, email, and chat supportEscalate and/or triage issues as neededDisplay active listening and patience to all existing and potential customers Interact effectively with various teams to provide assistance and informationPerform additional duties as requiredRequirementsHave customer-facing experience in a call-center, pharmacy, medical office, or fast-paced startupHave a service mindset - you put yourself in other people’s shoes, act with empathy, and communicate clearly, kindly, and directly with customers and team membersAre a proactive problem solverCan take initiative and thrive in a semi-structured and dynamic work environmentAre an effective oral and written communicator without feeling flustered when challengedCan answer inbound calls, evaluate problems, and provide proper solutions with careAre passionate about helping mental health care patients obtain access to careAre driven to have a positive impactHave a BA/BS degree (preferred)BenefitsCompensation of $18/hourFully paid for comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision)Pet Insurance Life Insurance & Short / Long Term Disability 401k Plan 15 Days Paid Vacation, 3 Paid Personal Days, 3 Paid Sick DaysPaid HolidaysParental Leave Work remotely Additional memberships and perksFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise.
