该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述 1、协助心外科医生在手术室完成左心室辅助装置的植入手术，保证产品植入的正确操作及调试 2、对手术室人员培训产品知识及相关操作注意事项; 3、术前/术后对医护、患者、患者家属进行产品相关的培训，帮助患者尽快康复; 4、定期回访，包括患者的健康状态、检查报告、设备信息等数据收集: 5、上级安排的其他工作。 任职要求 1、大专及以上学历，临床医学相关专业优先(优秀的医学、护理本科应届毕业生亦可); 2、学习能力强，有较好的学习主动性; 3、沟通能力强，工作态度认真负责，能承受工作压力; 4、能适应外科手术室工作环境; 5、能够适应出差。
