Role Description The FinTech – Product Development – Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and launch of innovative financial technology products that align with market needs and organizational goals. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including market research, requirements gathering, design coordination, testing, and implementation. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations to ensure products meet regulatory standards, technical specifications, and user expectations.

A key focus is placed on identifying emerging financial technology trends, leveraging data-driven insights to guide product strategy, and optimizing features to enhance customer experience and competitiveness. The position also requires monitoring performance metrics, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are delivered within scope and budget. QualificationsProven experience in product management or development within the FinTech sector. Strong understanding of financial services, digital payments, or banking technology.
