We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to administer the recruitment process throughout the organization and work with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs.

ResponsibilitiesPost positions to appropriate Internet sources, conduct telephone interview pre-screens and recommend candidates to the hiring managerFacilitate the interview process and conduct reference checksCreate, update, and revise job descriptions and interview guidesProactively network and leverage existing relationships to create a funnel of potential candidatesCreate & post ads on various social media platforms to engage our brand and attract candidatesSource relevant recruitment events such as post-secondary events and career fairsLead new recruitment initiatives for all regionsWork collaboratively with the marketing team to raise brand awareness as an employer throughout CanadaRepresent the company at recruitment eventsRequirementsPost-secondary education in Human Resource Management or related fieldMinimum 2 years of recruitment experienceStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of social media marketing is considered an assetThe perks:
