Seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Analyst to join their team and play an integral role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities. Work directly with founders, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders. Engage with companies across several sectors. A fast-paced, collaborative culture defined by trust, ownership, and high performance. Close collaboration with experienced investors and the firm's founder, with a clear development path toward Associate and future Operating Partner roles. Your Profile1–2 years in strategy consulting (e. g. , MBB, Tier-2, or well-regarded boutique) or in investment banking, transaction services, or a similar role. Strong business judgment and analytical skills; comfortable dissecting business models and financial performance. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
A passion for entrepreneurship, ownership, and the Search Fund / ETA model. Thrive in fast-changing, unstructured settings with a high degree of autonomy. Fluency in German and English is a must.
