A leading global investment platform with a strong track record in infrastructure is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Associate to join its London-based private equity team. The team focuses on sourcing, executing, and managing infrastructure and energy transition investments across the UK and continental Europe. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all stages of the investment process including origination, due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution. Conduct market analysis and research to identify investment opportunities in core and core-plus infrastructure sectors. Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
Prepare investment committee materials and support internal approval processes. Work closely with portfolio companies to support value creation initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic development. Collaborate with colleagues across a global platform including legal, tax, and operational teams. Candidate Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or infrastructure advisory. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of valuation techniques. Demonstrated interest or experience in infrastructure, energy, transport, utilities, or digital sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong academic background from a top-tier university. European language skills are a plus but not required.
