We’re looking for a proactive and reliable professional to support our broking operations across commercial and personal lines.What You’ll Be DoingIn this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our insurance processing team, responsible for: Managing new business, endorsements, and renewals for brokered general insurance. Handling premium funding contracts with precision—checking, filing, and ensuring compliance. Providing essential broking support across debtors, claims, and account administration.Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll need: A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills. Solid understanding of insurance policies and procedures. Excellent time management and the ability to juggle priorities. Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Word). Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset. Initiative and the ability to work independently. A strong customer service orientation.Bonus points if you’re familiar with Insight, OfficeTech, and SCTP!Your Experience & Qualifications Prior experience in a similar role within financial services. Insurance industry experience is a plus.
