This role involves managing project documentation, coordinating resources, overseeing claims processes, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Coordinate customer follow-up, service complaints, and field personnel dispatchEnsure compliance with company guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Manage claims data entry and job documentation in DASH from first notice of loss to job completionRegularly review job status, and update team members and customersProvide superior customer service through weekly check-ins and support accounts receivable activitiesCompetencies: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsFluency in English, both written and verbal. Experience in customer service and/or project management.
