Job Description

Organizational Transformation Coach Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 1-2 day/week in the office)Rate: €140 per hourDuration: 5 months (possible extensions)About the Role We are looking for an experienced Organizational Transformation Coach to lead a large-scale agile transformation programme. This role will be central in enabling senior leadership, including C-level and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members, to adopt agile ways of working and drive enterprise-wide agility. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, guiding mindset shifts, supporting cultural change, and aligning strategy with execution.

Working alongside change leads and agile coaches, you will design and implement transformation roadmaps that foster innovation, psychological safety, and sustainable value delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesCoach executives and senior leaders in agile leadership behaviours, decision-making, and system-level thinking. Co-create and deliver the transformation roadmap to align with strategic business priorities. Guide portfolio-level agility, including OKR alignment, prioritisation, and cross-functional planning. Facilitate workshops, leadership off-sites, and systemic design sessions. Advise on governance, funding, and operating models that enable lean delivery and rapid feedback. Develop coaching plans, metrics, and feedback loops to measure progress and address organisational barriers.

Mentor internal senior coaches to build long-term capability. About You10+ years of experience in organisational transformation, agile coaching, or leadership development. Strong track record of coaching executive leadership in agile, lean portfolio management, and cultural change. Deep understanding of agile principles, complexity thinking, and systems design. Experience applying frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Flight Levels in large organisations. Skilled in portfolio planning, value stream mapping, OKR facilitation, and organisational design (e. g. , Team Topologies). Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills at executive level. Background in product, engineering, or organisational design is a plus.
