Brunel is searching for a Divisional Manager to act in the Health & Wellness department of one of their biggest clients in the manufacturing, distribution, finance, insurance, automotive, real estate, and energy sector. This position is for a permanent contract. Activities: Develop and lead the business area's vision and strategy to ensure industry leadership and alignment with company goals. Oversee annual planning across financial, brand, customer, and supplier dimensions. Continuously assess divisional performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Direct and manage the implementation of divisional strategies, policies, and procedures. Review and recommend changes in divisional structure, personnel, and infrastructure.
Handle sensitive or complex divisional projects directly. Oversee supplier acquisition, satisfaction, and retention initiatives. Manage customer plans, service levels, and new product launches. Ensure strong supplier partnerships and satisfaction levels. Support quality assurance to meet all compliance standards, including SOP development and pharmaceutical warehousing. Collaborate to improve supply chain processes and service delivery. Lead divisional staffing, development, and performance management. Foster a high-performance, values-based culture. Regularly review divisional structure and processes for improvement. Stay current on industry trends and innovations. Ensure adherence to legislation, policies, and company values. Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor's degree (preferably marketing or management related)Preferably a postgraduate degree (MBA)Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)Experience in marketing management. Experience with product launches.
