Who are we looking for?We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Logistics Assistant to support our Maintenance & Engineering team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, tools, and equipment within our warehouse and logistics operations.

Your work contributes directly to the operational readiness of our maintenance teams and supports compliance with aviation standards. Your Responsibilities IncludeSupporting Storekeepers and Logistic Coordinators in their daily activitiesReceiving, unpacking, storing, and preparing goods for shipmentPerforming regular warehouse tasks (e. g.

inventory checks, stock rotation, shelf replenishment)Signing and managing delivery notes and shipment documentationKeeping the warehouse clean and organizedManaging internal and external transport operationsAssisting with annual stock inventories across all warehousesMaintaining and refuelling logistics vehiclesCreating daily FAKs (First Aid Kits)Supporting the Logistic Coordinator with packaging and repair ordersManaging the Machelen warehouse (stock control, cleaning, transport coordination, inventory)Organizing ad hoc transports and storage from/to various locations (e. g. Brucargo, b. House)Acting as the main contact point (SPOC) for suppliers and third parties (e. g.

Mobility Master, BP, LSG)Filing and managing logistics documentation upon requestReporting directly to the Logistic ManagerWhere do you land?You’ll be part of the Maintenance & Engineering team — a passionate and committed group that plays a key role in ensuring every flight is safe, enjoyable, and on time. Secondary level (A2) or equivalent by experienceValid forklift licenseGood knowledge of English. Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Relevant experience in a warehouse is a plus, or good knowledge of the organization of a storage siteDriver license B is a must. C is a plus.
