Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as/ Supporting the Learning&Development team/ Taking active part in learning and development activities/ Following up with the HR Business Partner and the Business Units on training needs/ Responsible for end to end training organization (legal & mandatory, career development, soft skills, and technical training design, organization, evaluation of trainings and keeping records)/ Becoming a part of HR Team you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & especially Learning& Development cycle within the organizationYour Profile/ Enrolling in a master program on going studentship is a must/ Ability to work at least 4 days in a week/ Good verbal and written English communication skills/ Aim to have a career in HR Department speacially on the Academy side/ High communication and presentation skills and flexible minded, creative and good team playerYour Benefits/ Diverse career opportunities/ Individual development programs and international perspectives/ Working in global regional or local projects
