Responsibilities And DutiesCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish role requirements;Define selection criteria and develop targeted strategies for each position;Source potential candidates through online platforms, including professional networks and social media;Design and execute interview processes, including screening calls, skills assessments, and in-person interviews;Evaluate candidate profiles using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient processing;Craft job descriptions and interview questions tailored to position-specific competencies;Lead employer branding efforts, enhancing the company’s visibility and appeal to top talent;Organize and represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities;Forecast hiring needs by department on a quarterly and annual basis;Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and past candidates for future hiring needs;Undertake additional HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Manager.
Qualifications And SkillsMust to Have: Above 2 YOEs for relevant position;Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;Familiarity with technology startups and extensive experience in large-scale recruitment;Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitasking;Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field;Have a personal laptop. Nice to have: English skill.
