Job Description
This position will functionally oversee maintenance operations and energy management for a division comprising 15 plants across 6 countries with responsibility to drive performance while transforming for future growth. This role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment, optimizing energy usage, and implementing sustainable practices across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Establish and implement maintenance and energy strategy through global and site roadmaps which include management system, organization, and digitalization.Lead, and functionally manage maintenance and energy teams, budgets, and resources across division to achieve operational targets.Build a strong network and community, inspiring and empowering the team to perform and transform for growth.Closely monitor maintenance performance of the division and drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability and productivity.Monitor and optimize energy consumption across all facilities, identifying opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements.Ensure proper governance and frameworks in place to ensure safety health, environmental standards and best practices are in place.Foster a One dsm-firmenich culture, promoting collaboration between Maintenance, Operations across all business units, Digital and Tech, Science and Research, Group Operational Excellence, and Procurement, etc.Stay abreast of industry standards, best practices, developments and adapt strategies and roadmaps accordingly.Business Process Owner of the SAP PM module for all plants using the standards process including TTH and PE sites.Qualifications:Engineering's degree10+ years’ experience in maintenance leadership including site level leadership and multi-site functional leadership with a track record of delivering transformational programs.Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and drive results.Strong strategic thinking and operational planning abilities.Demonstrates expertise in maintenance and reliability management with a strong understanding of demand planning and the procure-to-pay process, ensuring seamless operations and cost efficiency.Strong written and verbal English and French.
