What you'll doSupport the setup and execution of visual updatesStyle product displays with intention, staying aligned with brand guidelinesMaintain visual standards across the store — from lighting and signage to folding standardsBring creativity, attention to detail, and good energy to everything you doActively participate with store management team to make the best visual decisions for that store whilst maintaining the company visual standardsPartner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to plan and implement floor movesDemonstrate awareness of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and update store visuals accordinglyBe relentless with your abilities to craft new visual initiatives, ideas and philosophies to your teamParticipate in the organization of special in-store eventsCommunicate visual calendar and priorities to your store teamPartner with the District manager and Visual Manager to schedule monthly store visitsPartner with Retail Merchandising to feedback insight regarding local executionWho You AreYou’re creative, hands-on, and love building a vibeYou’re tuned into trends but also know how to keep things classicYou’re organized, efficient, and can work independently or with a teamYou’re comfortable lifting, climbing, and getting a little dusty in the name of good designRetail or visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $25-$30 per hour, your total compensation package may include bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
