As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a visible, hands-on role supporting U. S. ACM consolidated and corporate financial performance — including reporting, planning, and forecasting — to help leadership make data-driven decisions with confidence. You’ll bring clarity to complexity and identify the financial levers that create value. Responsibilities:
Partner with Corporate Finance to deliver timely, insightful reporting and analysis of consolidated and regional results, forecasts, and plans. Deliver key performance insights, trend analyses, and benchmarking data to support executive-level decision-making. Provide detailed financial evaluations for major projects and initiatives — including Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Economic Value Added (EVA) assessments. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and long-range planning cycles, including variance analysis and scenario modeling. Collaborate across functions (Controlling, Operations, Supply Chain, etc. ) to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Support the company’s transition from IFRS to US GAAP, including report preparation and system alignment.
Analyze complex financial drivers, gather input from SAP and other data sources, and present concise, action-oriented recommendations. Maintain a strong focus on data integrity, continuous improvement, and financial control. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)3+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A rolesAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)Experience with SAP and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) a strong plusFamiliarity with US GAAP and SOX environmentsBackground in a large, decentralized manufacturing or industrial companyExperience supporting finance transformation or financial systems implementationStrong written and verbal communication skills
