Budget Controller

FDC Dental Clinic is a rapidly growing dental care company with more than 59 clinics across Indonesia and over 1,500 employees. We are currently seeking a Budget Controller Lead who will act as the main controller of company-wide budget utilization.This role ensures that every business activity within FDC operates according to the approved budget, with each expenditure closely monitored to maintain financial efficiency and support sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and monitor the Budget vs Actual Realization Report on a monthly basis.Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual spending.Provide corrective and strategic recommendations to related teams in case of overbudget conditions.Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams for monthly financial consolidation.Develop and enhance an efficient, transparent, and data-driven budget control system.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.Minimum 4 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or controlling.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management tools/software.Strong understanding of cost structure, forecasting, and variance analysis.Detail-oriented, analytical, and communicative, with strong logical and problem-solving skills.
