We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Budgeting & Planning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Budgeting & Planning Supervisor to oversee and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective financial strategies. This role requires a professional who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, including developing guidelines, timelines, and templates.Prepare and consolidate comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and identify key drivers of financial performance.Monitor actual financial results against budget and forecast, providing insightful explanations for deviations.Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and clients.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the budgeting and planning function.Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Stay abreast of industry best practices and financial regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
