Building Inspector

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in buildings and extensive experience performing building inspections.You will primarily be responsible for completing building inspections.The position is part time.Our work includes property inspections in the central Ohio area.Ideal TraitsFascination and strong interest in building construction techniques and evaluation of existing buildings.Ability to interact with clients and partners, have tough conversations, build relationships and act as a resource to those we serve.Detail oriented.Positive attitude.Ability and interest in development of written reports.RequirementsMust have an Ohio home inspector licenseMust enjoy and be proficient at writing and preparing quality reportsMust be able to go into crawl spaces and atticsMust be able to climb ladders and feel comfortable going on roofsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to talk directly with customers on a daily basisA fascination with buildings, inspection, and all building related systems.Desire to want to work with a high performance, highly technical teamBenefitsThis position will be part time and there are no benefits.
