Building & Maintenance Supervisor (MEP and HVAC)

President University Foundation is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Building & Maintenance Supervisor with strong expertise in MEP and HVAC systems to join our team.Key Responsibilities- Ensure all building equipment and systems (MEP, HVAC, elevators, generators, etc.) operate efficiently and properly- Conduct regular technical inspections to verify that all systems meet operational and performance standards.- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all building systems.- Inspect and maintain all safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, and fire alarm systems.- Enforce and monitor compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems across all operational areas.- Prepare and submit regular reports on facility conditions, safety, and maintenance activities to management.Qualifications- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.- At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.- Strong technical expertise in MEP and HVAC systems.- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, building safety standards, and government requirements related to occupational safety and environmental compliance.- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
