Finance & Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Albania. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in finance and accounting who are looking to take ownership of key processes in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with internal teams and senior management, ensuring accurate financial tracking, reporting, and partner coordination. Key Responsibilities: Debt Collection & Financial MonitoringUpdate debt collection records twice per week (Monday & Thursday). Mark and escalate any invoice overdue by more than 30 days. Review Sales Reports daily to ensure income accuracy.

Invoicing & ReportingSend invoices to partners by the 10th of each month. Follow up regularly on unpaid invoices (twice per week). Close monthly finance cycles on time and share final numbers for review by the 20th. Ensure any identified gaps are resolved in coordination with Account Managers. Legal Compliance & DocumentationProcess agreements and payment documents within the finance scope. Ensure all contracts are reviewed by legal prior to signature. Monitor finance and legal inboxes daily and reply within 24 hours. Financial Operations & Partner CoordinationKeep internal dashboards (Monday. com) updated with financial details and partner records.

Organize monthly Final Numbers Review meetings on the 20th.
