Duties And ResponsibilitiesTeam & Operations Management: Lead the marketing team, manage workload, conduct alignment meetings, assess manpower needs, and coordinate with principalsBrand & Campaign Direction Set overall brand strategy and monthly calendars. Review proposals, lead project kick-offs, maintain KAM relationships, and oversee campaigns and events. PR & Communications Guide public relations efforts to strengthen brand presence and messaging. Trade Marketing (Offline) Execute trade programs and support the sales team with materials like kits and presentations. ECommerce Strategy Lead business reviews, set online sales targets and discount strategies, and manage key campaigns.
Daily Approvals & Coordination Approve manpower schedules, job orders, and coordinate with internal teams to align with the marketing calendar. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management; experience in eCommerce and trade marketing preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Analytical thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
