Summary: Responsible in managing for all purchasing activities for SCM Ops in according to company Policies & Procedure. Procure material and services for SCM Ops in accordance to company Policies & Procedure. Main Duties:
Processing purchase requisitions as assigned by the Supervisor in a timely mannerReview purchase requisitions and determines proper procurement methods in compliance with procurement policies and proceduresReview and/or work with users to develop bid specifications/scope for recurring, complex or unique procurementsPrepare appropriate bidders list for sourcingPrepare bid tabulation and evaluate bids for procurement of goods, services and constructionConduct pre-id conferences to clarify he specifications, scope and terms and conditions of the procurementNegotiate purchase/contracts and contract renewalsMonitor the execution of purchases/contracts for compliance with purchase/contract provisionsInput purchase order information into automated procurement software and review purchase orders prior to issuancePerform or assist end users with purchase/contract administration procedures as neededMaintain complete documentation of purchasing transactions and filingPerform related work assigned by supervisorLiaise with Procurement Supervisor Functional activitiesResponsible for Documentation and Reporting as required by Audit and approved Company Education Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain or Equivalent DegreeKnowledge: At least minimum 5 years procurement/supply chain experience in marine, oil and gas industries or related working experience. Working experience in the Angola Familiar with procurement processes in Angola Proactive attitude, good problem solving skills and negotiation skills SAP/ Excel/Word/P. Point skills Proficient in Portuguese and English Knowledge in contracts/ subcontracts will be an added advantage
