ABOUT THE POSITIONProcurement Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: take the lead in shaping our procurement strategy to ensure the best quality, cost, and efficiency.

You’ll be the driving force behind sourcing the right suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing purchasing decisions. Working closely with inventory, quality, and production teams, you’ll ensure smooth operations, cost savings, and supply chain stability. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms. - Develop and manage procurement budgets, analyze market trends, and implement cost-saving initiatives. - Work closely with inventory, quality, and production teams to align purchasing with operational needs. - Ensure adherence to procurement policies, and industry regulations and mitigate supply chain risks.

- Track supplier performance, generate procurement reports, and optimize purchasing decisions. - Address supply disruptions, resolve contract disputes, and enhance procurement efficiency. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. - Strong skills in negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships. - Ability to analyze procurement data, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities. - Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to legal and company policies. - Ability to handle supplier issues, disputes, and supply chain disruptions. - Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. SALARY: 3000-3500 EUR/Month GROSS.
