Position: Officer- HR Business Partnering Group: Human Resources & Development GroupPrimary Job PurposeThe jobholder is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the HR Business Partnering team. He/ she is responsible for handling tasks related to employee data, documentation, and process follow-up. He/ she will act as an introductory exposure point into the HR Business Partnering track, offering learning opportunities across key HR functions such as organizational design and performance management. Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy, Planning and Management Planning and ManagementImplement business development programs for the portfolio of the Bank to ensure achievement of set targets and profitabilityOperations, Review and Reporting UnderstandingMaintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department. Uphold consistent application of HR policies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. FieldworkSupport the HR Business Partnering team in organizational design activities, including the preparation of job descriptions and organizational structure documents. Assist the HR Business Partnering team with operational tasks, including updating the HRMS system and supporting internal transfer processes.
Assist in tracking performance appraisal cycles (mid-year and final), follow up with departments to ensure timely completion, and escalate any technical issues to the relevant team as needed. Support lifecycle documentation including employee movement trackers, signed job descriptions, and promotion records. Coordinate logistics for HR-related meetings and ensure all required materials are prepared. Manage administrative tasks such as file organization, system updates, and internal document flow. Follow up with departments on pending documentation and escalate delays when necessary.
Assist in the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for departments by collecting input from stakeholders and preparing submissions for review and reporting, under the guidance of the direct manager. Respond professionally to departmental inquiries and requests via email, including audit requests, business inquiries. Create basic reports and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint) for internal HRBP communications. ReportingGenerate and escalate periodic and ad hoc reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Stakeholder Management Internal Interactions Participate in the various cross-functional committees/teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and to assume seamless quality service.
Collaborate with HR functions to support effective communication and execution of operational tasks.
