Key Responsibilities: Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using GPS, Total Station, and other surveying instruments.

Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, sketches, maps, and reports. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to mark site boundaries and reference points. Monitor and verify the accuracy of data and layouts during ongoing construction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local land laws, municipality regulations, and technical standards. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations on all job sites. Supervise junior survey staff and provide training when needed. Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the GCC region. Proficiency in using survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc. ). Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
