The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project milestones within budget and timeline. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues. Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for site implementation.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure construction meets design requirements. Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower for timely execution of work. Prepare and maintain site documentation such as work permits, inspection logs, and material records. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at the site. Support the preparation of cost estimates, work schedules, and procurement requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / Mechanical or Electrical (for MEP). 2–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or execution.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
