Burmese Content Moderator (WFH) - with DTV

Location: ThailandWork Set up: Work from home and provide your own deviceType of Employment: Full Time / Project-basedThe selected candidate will be responsible for the establishment and management of an excellent search and account safety labeling team. Task includes but may not be limited to:The role's tasks involve exposure to sensitive content including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, fake news, and other types of egregious content.Search Query Relevance Labeling, Content Safety Review, and Risk Type Labeling in accordance with the platform's processes and policies;Reviewing content (videos, images, text, audio, and account) in accordance with the platform's processes and policies;Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals;Liaising with the platform's internal teams to ensure user and brand safety;Review complex and high-quality content for adherence to established guidelines and standardsDifferent SOP on different cases in one queue based on the query type.Different perspectives of users to judge the risk of the content.Unified moderation for multiple types of content, such as video, photo, audio, account, etc.Multi-layer of policy guidelines to judge the risk type of the content.Identify and escalate issues and trends related to the content reviewed.Ensure that content review is completed with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.Continuously work towards improving the quality of the content review process through feedback and process optimization.Stay up-to-date with the latest guidelines and standards, as well as new market trends and technologies.Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team lead.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 1 year of working experience related to content review tools and processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suits and other relevant softwareFluent in English B2 Level and C1 in Burmese. See CEFR Rating for reference.Proven experience in quality control and continuous improvement in high quality and complex content review.Excellent content analytical skills and attention to detailsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in developing and implementing training programExperience working with content review tools and processesAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and maintain high standards of quality
