This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, a great communicator, and eager to support our country teams in achieving their annual revenue targets.About The RoleAs a Business & Account Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our sales and business administration efforts. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include directing sales leads to the appropriate team members, managing customer databases, and coordinating stock availability for sales. Additionally, you will support the Country Manager with various pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the team.Your role will also involve coordinating key administrative tasks between country teams and functional areas within the region, as well as liaising with marketing teams to organize events and promotional activities. You will be responsible for updating customer databases with orders, delivery, and payment details, and ensuring that all office dispatches are collected and delivered efficiently.About YouWe are looking for someone who is educated to degree or high school diploma level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
