Working across the business, you will assist the Section Managers and teams with a variety of activities. Based in Newcastle, our team offers a creative, collaborative atmosphere and a vibrant team. Your Responsibilities Will Include Providing administrative assistance to the Section Managers and the team including managing diaries, leave, organising events and travelAssisting with onboarding, resourcing and organising training and developmentPreparing and formatting reports, proposals, presentations and general correspondenceMeeting coordination, preparing agendas and taking minutesUpdating and maintaining databases, job files, business plans and other documentationChampioning our technical systems for other team membersProvide a variety of administration support activities for the Sections with a primary focus on weekly and monthly reporting, meeting coordination, documentation preparation, gathering & collating information while driving others in the team for completion of monthly reportsBe part of a national Business Administration team and provide back up support to those team members in other locations as required About You You're an enthusiastic administrator with great communication skills, highly flexible and adaptable. Confident and proactive, you can build relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will love to get involved with the team and what they do, and you take an active role in creating the team culture. Advanced skills in all MS Office applications accompanied by high numeracy and organisation skills are essential to be considered for this position. You will naturally enjoy communicating, negotiating and providing administrative support within a technical environment. Most of all you will need to be the right fit for the team and their values - bright, unflappable, great sense of humour and with a genuine desire to help out.
