Business Advisory Manager

This highly regarded accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Business Advisory Manager / Senior Manager to join their growing Business Services team. They work with a diverse range of clients, including private family groups, SMEs, and high-net-wealth individuals, helping them achieve their strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to go beyond traditional accounting and compliance and provide genuine business advisory and consulting services.In this role, you will be a key contributor to the team's success by providing A grade strategic advisory and compliance services. As a firm they are committed to your professional development and will provide the support you need to grow your technical, business development, and leadership skills offering a clear path to Director.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a dedicated client portfolio, working closely with Partners.Lead strategic business discussions and deliver high-value advisory services.Review complex financial statements, consolidated reports, and income tax returns.Advise clients on tax structuring, planning, and other technical tax issues (e.g., Division 7A, CGT).Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to junior team members.Assist in setting job budgets and managing operational responsibilities.Start developing and expanding your professional network.They Are Looking For Someone WhoIs CA/CPA qualified with prior experience in an accounting firm (5 years +)Is a strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail.Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Is a self-starter who takes ownership and can manage multiple deadlines.Has strong digital skills, including cloud accounting platforms.Has a collaborative mindset and a passion for finding solutions.This is such a great opportunity to work closer to home in Wollongong in a highly collaborative environment, alongside smart and engaged people.This firm can also offer WFH two days a week should you wish too
