In this role, you will play a key part in translating business needs into clear, data-driven insights and functional requirements that enhance our Fabory webshop and drive our commercial growth.Your roleAs a Business Analist E-commerce at Fabory, you are the link between business stakeholders and our digital & IT teams. You analyze business processes within our digital commerce landscape, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions that improve the online customer journey and webshop performance.You will work closely with Product Managers, developers, and commercial teams to ensure that business objectives are effectively translated into functional and technical deliverables. Your insights help guide decision-making and ensure that Fabory’s webshop and supporting digital systems evolve in line with strategic goals.In this role, you will:Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements.Collaborate closely with the Product Manager Webshop and development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.Conduct impact analyses, feasibility studies, and root cause analyses to support decision-making.Support testing and validation of new webshop functionalities before release.Monitor webshop and process performance and identify areas for optimization.Advise stakeholders on data-driven improvements and system enhancements to maximize online conversion and user satisfaction.Your work ensures that business requirements are understood, solutions are implemented effectively, and Fabory’s digital commerce platform delivers measurable value to both customers and the organization.What you will do and challengesWhat you will do:Act as the primary liaison between business and IT for webshop process and system improvements.Translate commercial and operational goals into actionable requirements and functional designs.Analyze customer data, webshop analytics, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather input and prioritize webshop-related requirements.Collaborate with the Product Manager and Scrum teams to manage the backlog and delivery pipeline.Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet both business and customer expectations.Stay informed about digital trends, process optimization, and E-commerce innovations.Biggest challenges:Balancing commercial priorities with technical feasibility.Translating complex business processes into simple, effective webshop solutions.Managing diverse stakeholder interests across departments.Maintaining a data-driven mindset while optimizing user experience and online performance.Anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively mitigating them.This is youBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Business Analist, Functional Analyst, or in a similar digital role.Experience with E-commerce platforms, webshops, or digital transformation projects is a strong plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and processes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Passionate about improving business processes through digital and data-driven solutions.Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and focused on delivering business value.What we offerA challenging and impactful role within a dynamic, growing organization.The opportunity to make a visible impact on Fabory’s E-commerce growth and customer experience.A competitive salary between €3,600 and €4,800, depending on experience.A solid pension plan to support your future.Participation in our Profit Sharing Plan.A laptop and phone to enable you to work effectively.
