KEY RESPONSIBILITIES+ Business Analysis: as an experienced Analyst you see what’s needed for the business. Hand-on experience in guiding software projects from requirements to implementation.+ Project Management: Create budgets and implementation schedules to help clients make informed decisions. Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements for the team.+ Tool Expertise: A well-equipped toolbox techniques like Lean startup, Story Mapping, UML, BPMN and Test-First. Proficiency with tools like Visual Paradigm, Jira, Excel or similar applications.+ Agile Mindset: Contribute to Agile Scrum or Kanban projects, adapting quickly to evolving client requirements.+ Problem Solving: Use your analytical skills to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions.+ Knowledge Sharing: Stay ahead of the curve by learning new technologies and sharing insights with your colleagues.+ Communication: Clearly articulate ideas in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.+ Hybrid Work: Combine remote flexibility with on-site collaboration, tailoring your work to project needs.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR+ Experience: At least 5 years of experience as IT Business and/or Functional Analyst.+ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of tools and technologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Story Mapping techniques, Jira (or others).+ Critical Thinker: Provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and user experiences.+ Team Player: Foster collaboration and a spirit of innovation within the team.+ Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting project deadlines.
