Job ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research on overseas market dynamics, including industry policies, competitor strategies, and shifts in market demand.Synthesize research findings into detailed analysis reports to provide a robust foundation for the company's strategic decision-making in overseas markets.Perform end-to-end business analysis for overseas fundraising projects, from initial feasibility studies and mid-stage plan evaluation to post-implementation reviews.Utilize financial modeling techniques to calculate and assess key project metrics, such as Return on Investment (ROI) and cost-effectiveness, ensuring project viability and profitability.Collaborate closely with the overseas business team to identify business needs and deliver customized business analysis solutions.Review and analyze existing business processes to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.Job RequirementsA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in market research, business analysis, or a closely related field, with a focus on international markets.Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial analysis methods for calculating ROI, NPV, and other key investment metrics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying risks and improvement opportunities within business processes.Proficiency in English is preferred.
