We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analysis Manager to join our Digital Channels team at Etisalat UAE (Head Office – Dubai). The role focuses on improving digital customer experience, driving platform enhancements, and leading third-party integrations across our consumer digital products.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for digital channels. Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications for the Product & Technology teams.Digital Platform & Integration Analysis Evaluate existing digital systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead integrations with third-party tools such as payment gateways, CDNs, analytics platforms, and other digital services.Research & Data Insights Conduct research on user behavior, market trends, and competitor digital experiences. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to generate insights that support decision-making.Project Management & Delivery Manage end-to-end project delivery — from planning and scoping to testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.Quality Assurance & Testing Support Validate digital features, APIs, and integrations. Work closely with QA teams to ensure performance, reliability, and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with product managers, IT, engineering, finance, customer care, and external vendors. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and business partners.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Digital Channels, Telecom, IT, or similar technology-driven environments.Strong knowledge of digital platforms, system integrations, APIs, streaming technologies, and content management.Experience with ALM tools (Jira, TFS), Agile / Waterfall methodologies, and enterprise architecture concepts.Excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.Proficiency in web analytics & digital measurement tools (Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics).Fluent in English.
