We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What are we looking for?We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work with one of our clients in the banking sector.📍Location: SpainWork mode: 100% Remote 📋 Key Responsibilities• Collect and analyze the country's business requirements for the assisted channel tool. • Evaluate current or necessary local functionalities and align them with global product capabilities. • Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions. • Document the country's requirements, particularities, and exceptions in a clear and structured manner. • Map and analyze end-to-end transactional flows and customer journeys. • Collaborate with global and local teams to validate requirements, estimates, and functional definitions. • Support prioritization and backlog refinement in coordination with the Product Owner Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector. • Proven experience in channel transformation or transactional banking processes (understanding of assisted channel is a plus). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Confluence and JIRA. • Good communication skills for working collaboratively in a team. • Languages: Spanish (Required). English level fluent or high.
