We provide the technology to streamline their benefits administration and automate their business processes, relieving them from a heavy administrative burden, and allowing them to focus their resources on other key areas in their business.Job Overview:Under the supervision of the Solutions Manager, the Business Analyst is responsible for creating and documenting details requirements to support product roadmap, supporting IT solutions for the organization and all stakeholders.The focus of this role will be to support application design and product workflows. Benefits / insurance software solutions. Working closely with Solutions Designer, user design team.Responsibilities:Lead/participate in Design Sprint workshops, identify high-level requirements directly with internal stakeholdersIdentifies and defines clearly the needs of internal stakeholders in user storiesTranslated user needs into functional requirement documentsCreate workflows to support clarity of the solution designUses company templates and documentation standards, brings experience to improve these tools as appropriateApply documentation best practices to ensure effective change control methodologiesSupports and leads workshops to help stakeholders understand the suggested and documented solutionsWorks with UX designers, as needed to support some design initiativesWorking with the Product Manager and Product Owner, determines products features which can be leveraged to meet new functional needsEnsures that the needs of all stakeholders for the system are considered, discussed and documented with appropriate technical or other solutionsDevelops and updates applicable document templates for suite of deliverables from solution workflows to detailed project deliverablesBased on capacity, supports other projects and solutions department initiativesEducation & Experience:Education, or equivalent training, and experience in one of Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, Process Analysis, Technical Writing or similar roleVery good English writing and communications skillsEducation, or equivalent training, and experience in Payroll and HRIS process and file integrationsExperience with any of the following is also desirable: benefits administration, insurance, claims or pension operations (large or small market), or financeStrong communication skills to effectively take in requirements and communicate them back succinctlyExperience with Visio or similar workflow toolAbility to work (speak, read and write) in French is an asset
