Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Financial Accounting: Contribute to the analysis, optimization, and implementation of the analytical reallocation system for the bank’s costs and revenues.Analyze the analytical breakdown of the ALM (Asset and Liability Management) business results, propose solutions, assess impacts, and document findings.Support the onboarding of business units in the OFS project from a management control perspective (problem presentation, solution and impact sharing, guidance).Participate in the development of analytical control reports.Assist in change management efforts related to new tools, processes, or business integration.Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding of new users or teams.How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Financial Accounting?6 to 10 years of professional experience.Proven experience in cost accounting and management control, particularly in analyzing the profitability of ALM activities.Strong background in project management, especially in onboarding new business units or users (issue identification, impact assessment, solution sharing, and support).Demonstrated experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.Excellent knowledge of the banking industry and its various business lines.Strong proficiency in Power BI and dashboarding tools.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in both French and English.We hire great people and give them the playing field to become awesome!Rather than a diploma or extensive experience, it’s your state of mind that will allow you to reach your potential and meet the target with Taleo!Why should you join us?
