Business Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2:On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare, BI, Data x2 for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Business Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2 - Job Description:As part of client's refreshed digital health and data strategy, this role focuses on leveraging digital solutions to improve frontline providers' workflows. The Business Analyst will collaborate on delivering standards components outlined in the Digital Health Standards Program Workplan.Business Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2 - Responsibilities: Lead business process analysis to optimize workflows Prepare reports and presentations for planning and decision-making Maintain knowledge of products and digital health standards Analyze and resolve data quality and governance issues Conduct partner engagement to gather requirements and promote interoperability Collaborate with cross-functional teams for standards alignment Facilitate and support committees and working groups Develop and maintain documentation artifactsBusiness Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2 - Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or related discipline Minimum 7 years of experience in business process analysis and change management Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and terminologies Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong partner engagement and facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projectsBusiness Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Products, especially cloud tools Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems in Ontario Understanding of Ontario’s healthcare landscape Ability to identify and mitigate implementation issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBusiness Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2 – Assignment Length:This is a 5 month contract position.Business Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2 - Start Date:ASAPBusiness Analyst - Intermediate- Healthcare,BI, Data x2 - Assignment Location:Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
