Business Analyst - Manufacturing Systems

Our client is an international ice cream brand known for bold flavor, indulgent experiences, and trend-setting creativity worldwide.We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Systems and Business Analyst (hybrid, 40hrs) in Amsterdam with with strong functional and technical understanding of Manufacturing systems to support our global transformation program. This role bridges business process knowledge and systems expertise — ensuring that data, processes, and solutions are aligned as we deploy a new SAP S/4HANA landscape integrated with other complementary manufacturing and analytics tools.In this role, you’ll bring deep functional and technical expertise in manufacturing processes — including production planning, execution, quality management, plant maintenance, and logistics integration — to ensure systems are aligned with business needs.You’ll be responsible for analyzing and documenting core manufacturing functionality and its integration with ERP, MES, and shop floor systems. Your work will involve mapping data flows, defining transformation logic, and identifying changes needed in retained applications to support new end-to-end process and data models. You’ll collaborate with architects and data teams to implement a simplified master data governance (MDG) model and support seamless integration across platforms.As a key contributor to the transformation journey, you’ll document interface requirements, support integration testing, and help define and execute cutover procedures. You’ll also lead the creation of process documentation, functional specifications, and training materials, while supporting UAT and knowledge transfer.
