Join us a Business Analyst – Generate insights that drive growth for some of the most reputable consumer products in the Nordics. We’re looking for an analytical and product-focused individual early in their career to assist the Nordic Product team in making the right decisions. You will play a critical role in defining our continued success and ensure the team has the information they need to make the right decisions. In this role you’ll play a key role in optimizing our product performance – identifying patterns, uncovering opportunities and analyzing data to position American Express products as uniquely valuable to our customers.What will you make an impact in this role?You’ll be a colleague with a broad remit, working across; analytics, product, loyalty, and governance to ensure our product offering stays strong and customer centric. If you’re someone who thrives with delivering insights, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a growing market.We’re looking for someone who is self-driven, enjoys tackling complex products and brings a humble attitude to problem solving and collaboration.   What you'll be up toWork closely with the Nordic consumer team to support the organization’s business planning and direction.Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to drive strategic and impactful decision-making.Assist in developing new product features and member-benefitsSupport with portfolio governance, risk events, and in depth reportingLead the way in increasing collaboration between multiple teams in the consumer organizations, leveraging insights from multiple platforms.  Minimum QualificationsFluency in English, spoken and written. Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in business administration, engineering, statistics, or similar field of studyStrong analytical skills Experience with data analysis tools and languages (E.g Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau)A structured and curious mindset – you enjoy solving complex problems and asking the right questions and you’re not afraid to stretch beyond your core area of expertiseAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively and take ownership in a fast-paced environment  Preferred additional QualificationsWork experience or internships from the financial industry, large corporations, or similar business environments   Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Sweden is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
