No sponsorship available.Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, and Appian experience would be an added advantage.Strong User StoriesRole Summary:We are seeking Senior Business Analysts with a strong delivery focus to support the successful execution of large-scale transformation initiatives across the Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) function. This role is key to ensuring business requirements are understood, prioritised, and delivered effectively.The analyst will work closely with product owners, transformation leads, SMEs, and technology teams to support the design and implementation of new workflows, capabilities, and controls.Experience in financial crime (particularly surveillance or investigations), workflow design, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with the ability to support any project area requiring analysis or business analysis to ensure end-to-end understanding and alignment.Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, and Appian experience would be an added advantage.Strong User StoriesRole Responsibilities:Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements across financial crime surveillance initiativesPartner with stakeholders to define and implement future-state workflows and capabilities, focusing on practical delivery and operational impactAssist in the mapping and re-engineering of current-state processes to align with strategic goals and technology solutionsSupport delivery across the full project lifecycle – from design through testing, readiness, and implementationCollaborate with technology and product teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs and risk requirementFacilitate workshops and working sessions to gather insights, co-design solutions, and align stakeholdersContribute to delivery governance through status reporting, tracking, and risk/issue identificationDeep analytical mindset with the ability to operate comfortably in both technical and business domainsTeam player who adapts to shifting contexts, handles ambiguity, and proactively offers assistance where neededRequirements:Experience: Business Analyst with experience in large-scale transformation programs within financial services; financial crime experience (e.g. AML, surveillance, investigations) strongly preferredDelivery Focus: Proven ability to work across business and technology teams to deliver process and system change in fast-paced environmentsWorkflow and Process: Strong understanding of business workflows, investigative processes, and operational hand-offsStakeholder Management: Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and influencing decisions and driving consensusInterested consultants can share their updated resume at vipul.chaudhary@carecone.com.au or call +61 283 195 538.
