Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 5 years of proven experience in analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and QA to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.Conduct gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and impact assessments to support decision-making processes.Create user stories, business process models, data flow diagrams, and other BA deliverables.Define KPIs and monitor business performance through reports and dashboards.Support the development and implementation of business strategies and process improvements.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution design sessions.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and communicate them proactively to stakeholders.Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations.Conduct market analyses, analyzing both product & Services and the overall profitability of the business.Conduct market research and analysis to assess new opportunities.Collect necessary information from BUs/ departments/ branches to verify and analyze performance indicators results.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in diverse industries or enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Wrike, Trello).Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with data analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA).
