Business Analyst [1-Year Contract]

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree / diploma in IT.At least 3 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods.Must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.Previous experience as a developer or in a technical role, with a strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and data flow.Attended / have experience in related fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc) trainings.Bonus Points For: – Hands-on experience with Java. – Familiarity with other databases or cloud platforms. – Relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management. – Experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc), nodeJS, automated software testing.Job ScopeFocus on the business requirements and functional solution aspects of the project, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility.Involved in requirement study and gathering, user acceptance testing, and driving a smooth deployment and adoption process, while supporting ongoing project operations.Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to document business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions clearly and accurately, ensuring traceability and version control of all project documentation.Collaborate with developers and system architects to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.Perform impact analysis and feasibility assessments to evaluate change requests or enhancements from both business and technical perspectives.Possess a strong technical acumen to understand system architecture, data flows, and integration points, enabling effective communication and problem-solving with technical teams.Assist in developing test scenarios, validating system behaviour, and troubleshooting issues during testing and deployment phases.Apply
